Long-Term Rental Agreement Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: To terminate the rental agreement before the agreed rental period ends, the renter must provide a written notice at least 14 days in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in additional charges.
- Early Termination Fee:
If the rental agreement is ended prematurely, an early termination fee of $150 will be charged to cover administrative and operational costs. - Re-Rental and Refund Policy:
If the rental item is made available for other customers and is successfully rented out during your remaining rental period, we will refund you the prorated amount for the unused days. This refund will be processed after the new rental agreement is confirmed. - Condition of the Rented Item: The rented item must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any damages or missing parts will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
- Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be refunded after the rented item is returned and inspected. Any deductions for damages, unpaid fees, or early termination penalties will be itemised and communicated to the renter. - Final Inspection:
A final inspection will be conducted upon the return of the rented item. The renter is encouraged to be present during the inspection to address any concerns immediately. - Agreement Termination Confirmation:
The rental agreement will be considered officially terminated only after the rented item is returned, all dues are cleared, and a termination confirmation is issued by us.
